Welcome to The Caffeinated Mama! I started this lifestyle blog originally as Cozily Caffeinated in December of 2019 as a creative outlet. However, as my life has evolved, so has this site.

I had my son, Jackson, in May of 2022. Ever since then, my vision has shifted to the “momosphere”. I left my corporate job to become a stay-at-home mom at the start of 2023. After feeling drained, touched out & struggling again with PPD & my everyday depression/anxiety, I found myself turning back to writing to express myself and fill a void - a part of me that was missing. And here we have The Caffeinated Mama blog. If you know me, you know I love my coffee, & it's an essential part of being able to wrangle my toddler these days!

I look forward to sharing in these journeys with you, and thank you for turning to my corner of the web to do so~

#ThankfulThursday

Happy Thursday, gang! I was inspired by one of the amazing women I follow on Instagram, and with her permission I am bringing this to you all! #ThankfulThursday is going to be new weekly segment/post as a time to look back on our hectic work weeks and lives that we live and channel some positivity to each other!

So, to kick off the first week: I'm thankful for all of you-my readers, social followers and subscribers! This is a baby of a work-in-progress right now, but with you all it gets bigger and better each day!
