It's Fall, Y'all

Happy October and Happy Fall, Cozy Community! This month, the posts will be all about fall, pumpkin spice (I'm the PSpice QUEEN) and Halloween! The other night, I enjoyed a tasty fall cocktail and a Halloween movie, so this week we're talking cozy cocktails and the best Halloween movies. I'm making my 3 favorite fall drinks and my top 5 movies!

Apple Pie Sangria

You can make this for a crowd or 1 drink at a time:

-1 bottle red wine

-2 cups apple cider

-1/4 cup caramel vodka

-apple slices & cinnamon sticks for added decor & flavor

~Combine all ingredients into a pitcher, mix, and enjoy!~

Pumpkin Spice White Russian

This recipe makes 1 at a time:

-2 oz. vodka

-1 oz. Kahlua

-1 1/2 oz. pumpkin spice creamer

-Pumpkin Pie Spice for top

~Add ingredients w/ ice to a shaker; shake, pour over ice, sprinkle a dash of pumpkin pie spice on top and enjoy!~

(No shaker? No problem! Just whisk together and serve over ice!)

The Maker's Cider

It's as simple as it sounds, and my fiancés favorite! Can be had hot or cold!

-8 oz. apple cider

-2 oz. Makers Mark whiskey

~Simply mix together & enjoy!~

(If you're consuming warm, heat the cider BEFORE you add the whiskey!)

Now that you have your tasty cocktail, you need to pick out a movie! Here are my top 5 favorite classics.

1~ Hocus Pocus

OBVIOUSLY. Is it even Halloween-time if you don't watch this at least once?

Another Disney classic!

3~ Halloweentown 2: Kalabar's Revenge

4~ Nightmare Before Christmas
